AB 3
AB 3 would provide state funding to create Regional Centers and Statewide Resource Centers for public defenders to gain immigration expertise. When public defenders have access to training and resources regarding the immigration consequences of criminal convictions, they can often carefully craft dispositions that lessens or avoids these consequences for their immigrant clients, while still meeting the requirements set out by the prosecutor and court.

AB 42
AB 42, The California Money Bail Reform Act of 2017, would fundamentally reform California's money bail system with the goal of increasing its effectiveness and eliminating its discrimination against poor Californians.

AB 64
AB 64 begins the conversation around reconciling and unifying the regulatory structures under the Medical Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act and the Adult Use of Marijuana Act, Proposition 64.

AB 92
AB 92 would extend the sunset clause on the current 5% retention cap statutes, pertaining to public works projects, from January 1, 2018 to January 1, 2023.
