Assemblymember Rob Bonta (D-Oakland), chair of the Select Committee on Gun Violence in the East Bay, invites you to attend a hearing in Oakland to highlight some of the successful gun violence prevention efforts presented during the select committee's first two hearings and identify ways to grow those efforts in the East Bay by connecting the community to existing resources.

Assemblymember Bonta Hosts Gun Violence Hearing in Oakland

(Oakland) -- Gun violence is devastating to our communities. But some of our cities are more prone to gun violence for a number of reasons. California State Assemblymember Rob Bonta (D-Oakland), chair of the Assembly Select Committee on Gun Violence in the East Bay held a hearing on "Gun Violence Solutions in Oakland."
