Gun violence is a plague in many communities nationwide.  In order to stop it, we have to work together to determine the root causes and the factors that allow it to continue.

As such, on August 23, community leaders and stakeholders from across the state, including state legislators, local officials, and educators will come together in Stockton to discuss recent success stories in Stockton’s effort to curb gun violence.

Friday, August 23

9 a.m. – noon

Board of Supervisors Chambers
