Keeping College Affordable for the Middle Class

(Sacramento) – Making sure middle class kids can afford a higher education is the purpose of California’s Middle Class Scholarship program. The MCS program provides undergraduate students with family incomes up to $150,000 a scholarship to attend University of California (UC) or California State University (CSU) campuses.
