Assemblymember Bonta Adjourns in Memory of Community Activist David Glover

(Sacramento) -- An advocate of social justice and long-time Oakland resident, David Glover passed away at age 60 after a battle with cancer. California State Assemblymember Rob Bonta (D-Oakland) honored Glover on the Assembly Floor by adjourning in the community activist's memory. As executive director of OCCUR, Glover tirelessly led efforts to build and revitalize neighborhoods in the greater Oakland and Bay Area. Glover leaves behind his wife, Robin, two adult sons, family, friends and a community that will miss him dearly. Hear Assemblymember Bonta's tribute to Glover in this Assembly Access Video.
