Senate Bill 1, the Road Repair & Accountability Act of 2017
Senate Bill 1 is a landmark transportation measure that invests in rebuilding California by fixing neighborhood streets, freeways and bridges throughout California. The measure also targets funds toward transit, congested trade and commute corridors.

(Sacramento) – Assemblymember Rob Bonta (D-Oakland) joined his fellow Democrats in the State Assembly and stood in support of House Resolution 20, which encourages students to apply for the California DREAM Act. Recent studies show a significant decrease in California Dream Act applications, down 40% from last year.
